Shanghai Kstone recently completed the delivery, commissioning, and technical training of an SF6/N2 gas mixing and verification solution for Guodian Bona.
The project included an SF6/N2 Gas Mixing & Filling System and an SF6/N2 Gas Analyzer capable of simultaneously measuring SF6 concentration, N2 concentration, O2 content, and gas dew point.
As SF6/N2 mixed gas is increasingly used in gas-insulated electrical equipment, maintaining an accurate gas ratio has become critical for insulation performance and operational reliability.
The Kstone SF6/N2 Gas Mixing System automatically controls the gas mixing process according to preset parameters, ensuring stable and repeatable gas composition throughout the filling process.
The system is designed to help users achieve precise gas preparation while improving efficiency and reducing manual operation errors.
