The 2025 Siemens Energy Supplier Conference recently took place in Shanghai, themed "Win-Win Cooperation to Empower the World". Over 100 representatives from domestic energy enterprises and supply chain partners gathered to discuss building a resilient, sustainable, and globally competitive supply chain system that benefits the international market.

Dr. Christian Bruch, President and CEO of Siemens Energy AG, emphasized: "A resilient energy system requires a strong, resilient supply chain first. To ensure stable global energy supply, every supply chain link must be solid, flexible, and future-ready. During the conference, participants shared global and China-based best practices on topics like supply chain resilience, green data center transition, and innovation-driven collaboration. Siemens Energy demonstrated how technological innovation and digitalization improve supply chain sustainability and efficiency, and how cooperation drives supply chain development and global energy transition.

As a leading global energy technology company, Siemens Energy has around 30,000 suppliers in 139 countries, with China as a key part of its global supply chain. It operates 15 manufacturing bases in China with over 6,000 employees, exporting energy equipment globally and partnering with Chinese EPC contractors on energy projects in the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Central Asia, and Latin America.

A ceremony was also held to honor outstanding suppliers, encouraging upstream-downstream collaboration and innovation to strengthen supply chain resilience and contribute to green, low-carbon energy transition.
