SF₆ gas recovered from GIS or other switchgear generally cannot be directly reused. So, how can we quickly and reliably obtain reusable SF₆ gas?
This equipment adopts the principle of ultra-low temperature freezing combined with membrane-assisted separation. The temperature inside the container reaches -70℃, at which SF₆ turns into a solid state, and the concentration of SF₆ in the discharged mixed gas is as low as less than 100 ppm. The solid SF₆ is then liquefied and filled into cylinders, yielding SF₆ gas with a purity of 99.99%.
Currently, this KSTONE product is widely used in the installation and construction of GIS and GIL in factories and on-site locations. Its clients include Siemens Energy, Sunny Electrical, Chint Electric, ABB and more.

The actual quality parameters of the purified and separated SF₆ gas are far superior to the IEC 60480 standard, and even exceed the IEC 60376 standard (SF₆ new gas standard) and GB/T 12022-2006 (China's national standard for new SF₆ gas).
