Based on over 10 years of research on SF6 and environmentally friendly gases by "shanghai kstone", we have developed an automatic gas distribution device that can be used for various gas concentrations: KS3000-N, which uses imported flow meters, Siemens PLC systems, and touch screen control; High stability and repeatability; The prepared standard gas is accurate, reliable, easy to transfer and trace values, and easy to operate.

 

FEATURES
● Can be used for dilution of various gases, including but not limited to SF6, CF3I, 3MTMNovecTM4710, CO2, etc.
● The output gas ratio is the volume ratio.
● Conventional dilution ratio: 300:1, within which the gas concentration can be set arbitrarily.
● Easy to operate, only need to input the concentration of the gas distribution.
● Large flow or super large dilution ratio can be customized according to customer requirements.
● The compression and filling equipment for diluted gas can be customized according to customer requirements.
● In some application scenarios, due to the fixed gas concentration output, it can be designed as a fixed proportion gas distribution device.

Application Cases
1. Pure SF6 and N2 can be configured with 1% -99% SF6 gas.
2. 100ppm (V) SF6 and N2, can be configured with SF6 gas ranging from 0.5ppm (V) to 99ppm (V).
3. 1000ppm (V) SF6 and N2, can be configured with SF6 gas ranging from 5ppm (V) to 999ppm (V).

 

This device can be customized according to customer requirements, and can be customized to mix more than 2 gases. It can also be customized to meet different flow requirements for gas distribution equipment.
