This three-in-one device integrates recovery, separation, and purification functions to process SF6 gas contaminated with air, moisture, or decomposition products. Through liquid-solid phase processing, it efficiently discharges N₂, O₂, and other impurities via distillation purification, achieving 99.99% SF6 concentration post-treatment.
