From April 10 to 12, 2025, Shanghai Kstone S&T Development Co .,LTD. finished on-site installation and debugging of a customized SF6 circulation system for Motic in Xiamen. The system is specially designed for insulation basin testing and integrates key components like SF6 high-speed recovery and charging equipment, gas filtration devices, separation-purification units, and liquid/gas storage tanks, providing a full-process gas management solution.
As an industry technical benchmark, this system has demonstrated leading performance since its first use in the Shanghai ROXZ Insulation Basin project at the end of 2017. Its recovery speed is ≥ 100Nm ³/h, and SF6 loss rate is ≤ 0.1%. Its modular design meets the gas circulation requirements for high-voltage switchgear insulation pot withstand voltage testing.
Kstone representatives said the system realizes fully automated operation through a PLC intelligent control system, reducing manual errors and improving testing efficiency. It has served insulation basin testing projects for over 10 domestic high-voltage switch manufacturers. The cooperation with Xiamen MOTIC Power further strengthens Kstone's technical advantage in customized SF6 gas treatment systems.
