Why choose a fully automatic vacuum pumping device?
Vacuum pumping device, with a simple structure, is a vacuum pump or vacuum pump group, equipped with pipelines and valves;
Used in the high-pressure and ultra-high voltage industry, the ultimate vacuum degree is required to be below 10pa, with a flow rate of 100m3/h. A bipolar rotary vane pump can be used to achieve a vacuum degree below 10pa. For flow rates above 100m3/h, a vacuum pump set is needed to improve the vacuum degree;
Small vacuum pumps generally have 15m3/h, 54 m3/h, 63 m3/h, and 90 m3/h;
Large vacuum pump units generally have 250 m3/h, 500 m3/h, 1000 m3/h, and 3000 m3/h.
Due to the simplicity of vacuum devices, manual operation is generally used, with less use of fully automatic operation.
The fully automatic vacuum pumping device has the following advantages:
1. It can accurately achieve static vacuum degree, and obtain precise static vacuum degree through the delay of vacuum pumping and multiple measurements of vacuum gauge.
2. You can set a delay time for vacuuming, such as continuing vacuuming for 5 hours after reaching 5 pa.
3. Can be used to determine whether the product is leaking.
After vacuuming to static 10pa, stop vacuuming for 30 minutes and observe the change in vacuum degree. If the change exceeds the specified value, it is judged as unqualified;

4. Due to the use of PLC control, relevant data can be saved and transmitted remotely.
