System Overview

This industrial-grade gas mixing unit is designed for SF6/N2 mixture inflation, supporting applications like SF6/CF4, SF6/AIR, and C4F7N/CO2 blending. With a 10Nm³/h mixing capacity, it's optimized for State Grid China's environmental initiatives, such as 3:7 SF6/N2 ratio gas for GIS systems. The device integrates vacuum pumping, precise gas mixing, and charging functions via a piston compressor system, filtration module, and intelligent control valves.
