Main functions:
(1) On-line monitoring of the humidity, density and temperature of SF6 gas;
(2) On-line monitoring of SF6 leakage and leakage alarm;
(3) The low-pressure alarm and locking device can be automatically started according to the preset value or the value given by the user;
(4) RS-485/CAN bus communication interface is reserved;
(5) Automatically draw the state change trend chart through the background software;
(6) A large-screen liquid crystal display can be selected to display real-time data on site, with screen protection and sound-controlled display functions;
(7) Set the alarm and locking threshold values and the display mode through a handheld remote controller;
(8) It is fully sealed, anti-interference, and suitable for outdoor and low-temperature environments.
(1) High precision and high reliability
The transmitter adopts imported high-stability sensors. The sensors are corrected and compensated by the internal circuit of the transmitter, resulting in good output linearity and high precision. The external structure of the transmitter is also more suitable for measurement in high-frequency electric field environments. It is integrated with the circuit processing part to reduce interference coupling and improve the long-term stability and reliability of the circuit operation.
(2) Realize on-line monitoring and condition-based maintenance
This transmitter can operate continuously for a long time. It is equipped with an RS-485 communication interface, which can upload the monitoring data to the monitoring center in real time. When the measured gas indicators exceed the standard, the monitor will automatically upload alarm or locking signals to the distant monitoring center according to the preset thresholds, or directly activate the alarm and locking devices. The host computer software can sample and store the monitoring data according to the set time and frequency, and automatically draw the above data into a change trend chart as required for observation and analysis.
The application of the comprehensive on-line monitoring technology for SF6 gas can realize the condition monitoring of the circuit breaker, which is conducive to promptly grasping the operation status of the equipment, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system, enabling the implementation of condition-based maintenance, reducing maintenance costs and power outage time, and thus improving the management level.
