As the lead developer of China's DL/T1353-2024 technical specification for SF6 treatment systems, our solutions set international industry standards. The SF6 recovery equipment is custom-engineered with configurable features, including negative-pressure recycling, oil-free/lubricated compression choices, Optional storage capacity (500L–2000L), and fully automated PLC control.
System Overview
The KSLH-110Y/160-1200WZ high-capacity automated system is optimized for 550kV insulation pot withstand voltage testing in power grid applications. It integrates an 110m³/h oil-free air-cooled piston main compressor, a 160m³/h negative-pressure compressor (0.5MPa suction capacity), a 63m³/h pipeline vacuum pump (≤5Pa ultimate vacuum), and a Large external storage tank (capacity optional, materials optional) horizontal storage tank for efficient high-voltage SF6 management.
