LF-300-C4 C4F7N Quantitative Leak Detector - High-Precision, Portable, Low-Maintenance for Industrial Halogen Gas Detection
The LF-300-C4 adopts the principle of high-frequency magnetic field low-voltage ionization. It features no radiation source, ensuring safety and reliability, with no wearing parts. The instrument offers low operation and maintenance costs and long service life.
● Calibrated against C4 gas (Perfluoroisobutyronitrile), it is exclusively designed for the quantitative leak detection of C4 gas. For other fluorine-containing halogen gases, it can be used as a qualitative leak detector.
● Displays concentration in ppm with a minimum resolution of 0.1 ppm. The measurement range is 0.01-100 ppm, with an optional range of 0.01-500 ppm.
● Effectively prevents "sensor poisoning" and contamination from dust and oil. The continuous suction and exhaust mode ensures automatic recovery to normal operation when inhaling high-concentration liquid SF6 gas. Dust is quickly drawn into the main unit without contaminating the detector, and oil stains on the detector head can be easily wiped off.
● The detector has no wearing parts, resulting in extremely low daily operation and maintenance costs.
● User-friendly re-calibration function.
● Automatic vacuum degree detection and startup environment assessment, featuring a "one-touch" operation mode that activates the detector automatically. The detector enters the operational state after the vacuum pump runs for approximately 5 minutes.
● Unique fault detection indicators enable quick and simple verification of equipment functionality and proper user operation, along with straightforward troubleshooting methods. This significantly reduces after-sales service needs and enhances user convenience.
● The vacuum pump delivers more stable pumping flow and vacuum degree, ensuring more consistent, repeatable, and reliable detection data.
