The KSTONE KSLHRY-18Y/20-63-200MZ(415V) SF6 Gas Recovery Device is a heavy-duty SF6 gas handling system designed for the recovery, storage, vacuum pumping, filling and treatment of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas from GIS, circuit breakers and other SF6-insulated electrical equipment.

Using a high-pressure liquefaction recovery method, the system compresses SF6 to a high pressure and converts it into liquid form for efficient storage. It integrates an SF6 compressor, vacuum pump, 600L storage tank, filtration system and drying system into one mobile unit.

Working Principle

The KSLHRY-18Y/20-63-200MZ(415V) combines an SF6 compressor, vacuum pump, storage vessel, filtration system, drying system, valves and measuring instruments.

During SF6 recovery, the compressor increases the pressure of the recovered gas. Based on the pressure-temperature characteristics of SF6, the gas is liquefied under high-pressure conditions and stored in the 600L storage vessel.

At the same time, the filtration and drying system helps remove moisture and solid particles during gas handling.

The system can subsequently use the stored SF6 for gas filling or transfer SF6 into external cylinders through the high-pressure filling circuit.
