Cold Mirror Method, High Precision, Suitable For Dew Point Testing Of N2, H2, Etc KST-V

Working Principle

  1. Under a certain pressure, when the temperature is slightly lower than the dew point (the saturation temperature of water vapor in the gas), the water vapor in the gas condenses into dew. This causes the light irradiated on the mirror surface to generate diffuse reflection. The photosensitive device produces a change in the electrical signal. The detection circuit sends the change in the electrical signal and the temperature data to the control system for analysis. Through an intelligent algorithm, the dew point temperature value of the measured gas is calculated and displayed (* The dew point below 0°C is called the frost point). The schematic diagram of the dew point meter is shown in Figure 1:
